Pertumbuhan ekonomi secara spasial mayoritas jauh lebih tinggi dibanding pertumbuhan ekonomi pada kuartal III-2024 yang sebesar 4,95% secara tahunan atau year on year (yoy).
Hanya satu daerah yang bahkan pertumbuhannya di bawah laju pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional itu, yakni Sumatera dengan pertumbuhan hanya sebesar 4,48%, lebih rendah dari pertumbuhan pada kuartal III-2023 yang sebesar 4,49%.
Adapun untuk wilayah lain, tertinggi pertumbuhannya di Maluku dan Papua yang mencapai 6% meski lebih rendah dari pertumbuhan periode yang sama tahun lalu sebesar 9,10%. Diikuti Sulawesi dengan pertumbuhan 5,87%, juga lebih rendah dari sebelumnya 6,42%.
“Maluku dan Papua pertumbuhannya tertinggi,” kata Amalia saat konferensi pers di kantornya, Jakarta, Selasa (5/11/2024)
Untuk wilayah Bali dan Nusa Tenggara pertumbuhannya mencapai 5,28% yoy jauh lebih tinggi dari pertumbuhan sebelumnya sebesar 3,43%, Kalimantan tumbuh 5,20% juga tumbuh dari sebelumnya 4,83%, sedangkan Jawa hanya 4,92% meski lebih tinggi dari sebelumnya 4,84%.
Jika dirinci lebih detail, laju pertumbuhan ekonomi yang tertinggi di Maluku dan Papua sebesar 6% ditopang oleh aktivitas industri pengolahan, perdagangan dan konstruksi, dengan daerah pertumbuhan terbesar dari Papua Barat sebesar 3,77%.
Lalu, untuk Sulawesi yang tumbuh 5,87% sumber utamanya berasal dari aktivitas industri pengolahan, pertanian, kehutanan, dan perikanan, serta perdagangan, dengan wilayah penopang utamanya yakni Sulawesi selatan dengan porsi sumber pertumbuhan 2,27%.
Wilayah Bali dan Nusa Tenggara yang tumbuh 5,28% di topang oleh aktivitas sektor usaha akomodasi dan makan minum, pertambangan dan penggalian, serta perdagangan, dengan wilayah penyumbang pertumbuhan terbesar yaitu Bali sebesar 2,55%.
Kalimantan yang tumbuh 5,20% ditopang oleh aktivitas pertambangan dan penggalian, konstruksi, serta perdagangan. Wilayah yang menyumbang pertumbuhan tertinggi di pulau itu ialah Kalimantan Timur dengan tumbuh 2,89%.
Sementara itu untuk Jawa pertumbuhannya 4,92% ditopang oleh industri pengolahan, perdagangan, dan konstruksi dengan pertumbuhan terbesar berasal dari daerah DKI Jakarta sebesar 1,37%.
Terakhir ialah wilayah Sumatera yang tumbuhnya 4,48% dengan sumber pertumbuhan dari industri pengolahan, perdagangan, dan konstruksi. Daerah utama yang menjadi sumber pertumbuhan ialah Sumatera Utara sebesar 1,20%.
