Badan Aksesibilitas Telekomunikasi dan Informasi (BAKTI) Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika meraih penghargaan sebagai Best Transition Leader dalam GCG Awards 2024 yang diselenggarakan CNBC Indonesia bekerja sama dengan Kejaksaan Agung Republik Indonesia. Penghargaan ini menjadi bukti kerja keras BAKTI untuk berbenah diri dan menjadi BAKTI baru yang berintegritas.
Direktur Utama BAKTI Kominfo, Fadhilah Mathar, menuturkan bahwa penghargaan ini spesial untuk BAKTI karena menjadi penghargaan pertama yang diterima BAKTI pasca tersangkut kasus hukum pada 2023 silam.
“Kita memang ada persoalan hukum yang saat itu belum selesai. Namun, presiden dengan tegas memerintahkan kami untuk melanjutkan pembangunan Base Transceiver Station (BTS) demi pelayanan terhadap masyarakat,” ujar Indah, dikutip dari keterangan tertulis, Kamis (17/10/2024).
Selain menjalankan arahan presiden, lanjut Indah, BAKTI juga menjalankan arahan dari Menteri Komunikasi dan Informatika Budi Arie Setiadi dengan membentuk Satuan Tugas (SATGAS) BTS yang bertugas memastikan pembangunan infrastruktur telekomunikasi dan informasi serta memfasilitasi penyediaan akses internet di wilayah 3T oleh BAKTI Kominfo.
SATGAS ini BTS resmi bekerja pada 12 Oktober 2023 dengan anggota yang terdiri dari unsur aparat penegak hukum, Kementerian Keuangan, Lembaga Kebijakan Pengadaan Pemerintah (LKPP), Badan Pengawasan Keuangan dan Pembangunan (BPKP), serta lembaga lain.
Dia menambahkan keberhasilan BAKTI disejajarkan dengan perusahaan lain yang jauh lebih lama berkiprah di Indonesia dalam ajang ini.
“Saya juga bisa melihat perusahaan lain yang mendapatkan penghargaan dengan berbagai kategori dan itu sesuatu yang sangat lama perjuangannya. Saya tahu bahwa BAKTI sudah melakukan upaya yang banyak dan masif dengan pendampingan dari Kejaksaan Agung dan lembaga-lembaga otoritas lain untuk mewujudkan GCG ini,” tutupnya.
