Kinerja keuangan PT Asuransi Tugu Pratama Indonesia Tbk (Tugu Insurance/TUGU) sepanjang 9 bulan 2024 tumbuh, salah satunya ditopang oleh kinerja anak usaha yang naik pesat.
TUGU melaporkan total pendapatan sebesar Rp 3,2 triliun hingga akhir September 2024. Pendapatan perseroan naik 16% year-on-year (yoy). Pos penyumbang kenaikan ini antara lain adalah pendapatan underwriting yang naik 17% yoy menjadi Rp 2,3 triliun.
Selain pendapatan underwriting yang tumbuh dobel digit, pendapatan usaha lainnya juga tumbuh 21% yoy menjadi Rp 420 miliar. Pendapatan usaha lainnya merupakan pendapatan yang diperoleh TUGU dari anak usaha yang bukan bergerak di bidang asuransi.
Pendapatan usaha lainnya berkontribusi sebesar 13% dari total pendapatan TUGU secara konsolidasi. Pos ini berasal dari usaha sewa, jasa survei dan penjualan kendaraan. Pada segmen usaha sewa, pendapatan yang tercatat mencapai Rp 283 miliar, atau tumbuh 41% yoy.
Untuk diketahui, TUGU memiliki anak usaha yang bergerak di bidang penyewaan kendaraan maupun properti bernama PT Pratama Mitra Sejati (PMS). Mengacu pada laporan keuangan konsolidasian non-audit TUGU per September 2024, PMS beroperasi sejak 15 Januari 1990.
Fokus usaha PMS adalah di bidang penyewaan property maupun kendaraan bermotor, adapun TUGU memiliki 99,99% saham di PMS secara tidak langsung melalui PT Tugu Pratama Interindo (TPInt).
Total aset PMS sebelum eliminasi per akhir September 2024 mencapai Rp 2,7 triliun dan naik dari posisi akhir Desember 2023 sebesar Rp 2,5 triliun.
Analis NH Korindo Sekuritas Leonardo Lijuwardi menyampaikan jika perbaikan bisnis di segmen non-asuransi TUGU juga terus terjadi terutama dikontribusikan dari segmen penyewaan kendaraan dan properti melalui PMS.
Leo menjelaskan bahwa pertumbuhan bisnis PMS masih akan terus positif dengan laju setidaknya 8-9% per tahun hingga 2026 dan turut menjadi penyumbang pendapatan konsolidasian TUGU. “Di sisi lain, PMS juga menunjukkan tren peningkatan dalam profitabilitas.” Tulis Leo, seperti dikutip, Jumat (22/11/2024).
Di sepanjang tahun 2024, harga saham TUGU terpantau masih naik 4,41%. Kinerja harga saham TUGU bahkan masih lebih baik dibandingkan dengan IHSG yang sudah terkoreksi 1,26% sepanjang tahun ini. Di sisi lain, TUGU juga menjadi saham dari sektor asuransi umum yang paling banyak dikoleksi oleh investor asing.
Data perdagangan menunjukkan, hingga saat ini saham TUGU dibeli bersih oleh investor asing di pasar regular sebesar Rp 61,4 miliar. Manuver asing di saham TUGU kontras dengan kondisi pasar saham Indonesia yang secara keseluruhan ditinggalkan pemodal asing. Total aliran modal keluar di pasar saham (regular) sepanjang tahun ini mencapai Rp 16,8 triliun.
Melihat kinerja bisnis dan keuangan TUGU yang tumbuh solid tahun ini serta memiliki prospek cerah, Leonardo Lijuwardi menetapkan rekomendasi beli saham TUGU dengan target harga saham di Rp 1.990 per saham atau setara dengan rasio Price to Book Value (PBV) 0,7x untuk 2025.
